Crustaceans in aquaculture and gastronomy

The breeding and farming of crustaceans (e.g. lobsters or crayfish) in Switzerland requires appropriate training. In a specialist course on aquaculture of decapod crustaceans at BFH-HAFL, FIWI staff teach the basics in the areas of biology, health and legislation. The course is offered in French and German.
